The heavy duty roller chain is designed with extended pitch. Its pins and bushings undergo integral hardening process. Therefore, the product is able to withstand very high load, the impact force generated while meshing with the sprocket, as well as the load pressure transmitted from the roller.
Transmission chains with either the same or different tensile strength designs are usually available with varied pitches. The minimum pitch depends on the sprocket teeth’s requirements, while the maximum pitch is usually determined by the rigidity of link plates, etc.
To meet individual demands, we offer heavy duty roller chain products with extended pitch between 300 and 700mm, and extreme tensile strength from 588 to 5400kN. Meanwhile, products with the same tensile strength are available with multiple pitch options. Varied with pin diameter, the roller diameter changes as well and the available options are 125mm, 135mm, 150mm, 175mm, and 245mm.
