JS型罩壳径向安装型联轴器的结构及注意事项

JS型罩壳径向安装型联轴器是一种结构   的金属。它靠蛇形弹簧片来传递扭矩。蛇形联轴器是当今机械领域   的轴联接传动部件，也是一种非常通用的轴联接传动部件。

蛇形弹簧联轴器共有九类型式，分别是JS罩壳径向安装型（基本型）、J罩壳轴向安装型、JSS双法兰联接型、JSD单法兰联接型、SJS接中间轴型、JSG高速型、JSZ带制动轮型、JSP带制动盘型、JSA   型等。

JS型罩壳径向安装型联轴器注意事项和应用场合：

一、安装找正，控制合理偏差

（1）两瓣联轴器间的间隙与角向偏差的找正，安装时，每隔90°测量两瓣蛇形弹簧联轴器间的间隙，其大值与小值之差不超过0.38mm.

(2) Correction of radial deviation.Put a ruler on the two-part coupling, measure it every 90°, and check with a ruler, the radial deviation does not exceed 0.38mm.

二、 蛇簧联轴器应用场合

（1)、适用于联接两同轴线的中、大功率的传动轴系，具有   的补偿两轴相对偏移和减振、缓冲性能，工作温度为-30℃~+150℃，传递公称转矩45~800000N.m。

（2)、主要应用于碎石机、曲柄往复运动、减速机、冶金、矿山，起重机械等。

（3)、其它各种机械及设备的轴传动,凡是有马达与员相连,马达与减速箱相联或轴与轴相联的地方都可应用。

JS型罩壳径向安装型联轴器以蛇形弹簧片轴向嵌入两半36％以上。梯形截面的蛇形弹簧片采用   弹簧钢，经严格的热处理，并加工而成，具有良好的机械性能，从而使蛇簧联轴器的使用寿命远比非金属弹性元件联轴器（如弹性套 柱销，尼龙棒销联轴器）大为增长。

JS型罩壳径向安装型联轴器于各种不同主机产品配套使用，周围的工作环境比较复杂，如温度、湿度、水、蒸汽、粉尘、砂子、油、酸、碱、腐蚀介质、盐水、辐射等状况，是选择联轴器时   考虑的重要因素之一。

JS型罩壳径向安装型联轴器的簧片所接触的齿面为弧形，接触面的大小随传递扭矩的大小而变化，因而它能承受   大的载荷变动量，经测定其短时超载能力为额定扭矩的2～3倍，传动效率达99。5％，运行   。
