HLL type-elastic pin coupling with brake wheel has a simple structure, easy to manufacture, easy to assemble and disassemble the elastic element, no need to move the two halves of the coupling.The material of the elastic element (elastic pin) is generally nylon, which has the ability to compensate the deviation of the two axes in a small amount. The elastic part is sheared when working, and the workability is poor. It is only suitable for the medium-speed transmission shaft system with very low requirements, not suitable for work. Highly demanding working conditions.

HLL type-elastic pin coupling with brake wheel has a working temperature of -20~+80℃; the nominal torque of transmission is 40~20000N.m.
