Plum couplingIt is suitable for the transmission shaft system connecting two coaxial lines, with compensation for the relative deviation of the two shafts, buffering, shock absorption, and energy, and it is widely applicable to occasions.

Ordinary plum coupling transmission parts work for a long time, the inner hole and chain groove are easy to damage, while the cone sleeve transmission parts can be restored to use only by changing the cone sleeve. Its load-bearing, centering performance, easy installation, long service life and overload protection function Couplings belong to the category of general mechanical parts and are used to connect two shafts (active shaft and driven shaft) in different mechanisms to rotate together to transmit torque.In high-speed and heavy-load power transmission, some couplings also have the function of buffering, damping and improving the dynamic performance of the shafting.

1. In general, when the sensor is installed, the selected coupling is a rigid connection, with greater vibration, and when the concentricity is small and 0.2mm is greater than 0.05mm, it is recommended to use elastic connection.Rigid connection can be used outside this range.

2. When the torque sensor is in use, it should be installed between the power source and load of the two sets of couplings, and the power load and load equipment should be fixed to avoid vibration, otherwise the instrument will not work normally.

3. When using a standard torque meter, no matter what method is used for installation, the axial force and bending moment that the coupling has to bear, try to avoid excessive load on the meter, which directly causes the meter to be damaged and cannot be used.

When used in the working environment of the coupling

2. When selecting the coupling, please note that the rated torque in the data is greater than the system load torque. The rated torque has taken into account the variable load factors during operation, so there is no need to adjust the rated torque value when the coupling is selected.When selecting the size of the coupling, please note that the load torque generated by continuous operation should be lower than the rated torque.

3. Confirm that the aperture and rotation speed conditions of the coupling design cannot exceed the large aperture and high rotation speed in the data.Please change the size when either the large bore diameter or the high rotation speed cannot meet the design conditions.

4. Confirm whether the coupling size, specification table and other values ​​also meet the relevant design conditions.

The performance of the plum blossom coupling overheating.There are many reasons for this: there are factors external to the plum blossom coupling (such as poor power supply quality, excessive load, high ambient temperature, poor ventilation, etc.); there are also reasons for the plum blossom coupling itself.

Common causes and countermeasures of plum coupling itself:

1. The winding connection method is wrong, the star is connected to the triangle by mistake or vice versa.

2. Short circuit or grounding between turns or phases of the stator windings will increase the current and increase the copper loss.If the fault is not serious, just repack the insulation, and if it is serious, replace the winding.

3. The one-phase winding of the plum blossom coupling is broken, or one of the branches of the parallel winding is broken, causing the three-phase current to be unbalanced and the windings are overheated.

4. The rotor is broken.The copper bar rotor should be welded or replaced, and the cast aluminum rotor should be replaced.

5. The stator and rotor are rubbed together.You can check whether the bearing is loose, whether the stator and rotor are poorly assembled.

6. The environmental temperature of the plum blossom coupling is high, the surface of the motor is dirty, or the air duct is blocked;

7. Motor fan failure and poor ventilation;

Second, the bearing is overheated

When the temperature of the rolling bearing of the plum blossom coupling exceeds 95℃ and the temperature of the sliding bearing exceeds 80℃, the bearing is overheated.The reasons and countermeasures are as follows:

1. The bearing should be replaced if it is damaged.

2. Too little or too much grease for rolling bearing of plum blossom coupling or there are impurities such as iron filings.The capacity of the grease should not exceed 70% of the capacity of the bearing and the bearing cap, and it should be replaced when there is impurities.

3. The matching of the bearing and the end cover is too tight or too loose.Process the bearing chamber when it is too tight, and insert a steel sleeve in the end cover when it is too loose.

4. Poor assembly of end caps or bearing caps of plum coupling.Install the end cover or bearing cover evenly, and tighten the screws.

5. The transmission belt is too tight or the coupling is poorly assembled.Adjust the belt tension and correct the coupling.

6. The sliding bearing lubricating oil is too little, there are impurities or the oil ring is stuck, you should add oil, change the oil, repair or change the oil ring.

7. The bearing clearance is too large or too small;

8. The shaft of the plum blossom coupling is bent.
