The added motor half coupling may cause the output shaft of the motor to protrude relatively. During assembly, the half coupling of the reducer is limited by the output shaft of the motor, causing the coupling to be unable to be assembled to the predetermined end with a gap.Before installation, check whether the prime mover and working machine shafts are concentric, whether there are wrapping paper and scratches on the surfaces of the two shafts, whether there are debris in the inner holes of the two half couplings of the plum coupling, and whether the edges of the inner holes are bumped. Injuries; if any, the shafts and half couplings should be cleaned up, and the bruises should be treated with a fine file.Then check whether the inner hole diameter and length of the two half couplings are consistent with the diameter and shaft elongation of the prime mover and working machine.In general selection, it is better to let the length of the prime mover and the working machine end half coupling be less than the shaft extension of 2-2mm.In order to facilitate the installation, the two half couplings are placed in a 10-30 incubator or oil tank for preheating, so that the inner hole size increases and it is easy to install.After installation, the shaft head should not protrude from the section of the half coupling, and it is better to be flush.Detect the distance between the two halves of the coupling: the plum blossom coupling has torsional elasticity, shock absorption, maintenance-free, compact design, and low inertia.The structure of the plum blossom coupling is simple, the number of parts is small, the radial dimension is small, and there is no need for lubrication; the elastic element has a high pressure bearing capacity.Except for the double-flange plum blossom coupling, the half coupling must be moved axially when replacing the wearing parts plum blossom elastic parts.This coupling has the ability to compensate for the relative offset of the two shafts.The cross section of the plum petals of the plum coupling is usually circular, which can improve the uniformity of the load distribution on the working surface, and can transmit a larger torque, but the elasticity is slightly reduced.It can also be made into a rectangle or fan shape.When the coupling is working, the plum petals are squeezed, and only half of the plum petals carry work.

The different hardness and temperature tolerance allow customers to choose the appropriate material to meet the performance standards of the actual application.

The plum blossom coupling is the intermediate connecting part of each movement mechanism. It has a direct impact on the normal operation of each movement mechanism. Therefore, when using it, pay attention to:

1. The plum blossom coupling is not allowed to have more than the specified shaft center line skew and radial displacement, so as not to affect its transmission performance.

2. The bolts of the plum coupling must not be loose or damaged.

3. Plum blossom couplings and slider couplings should be lubricated regularly, and grease should be added once every 2 to 3 months to avoid severe wear of the gear teeth and serious consequences.

4. The contact length of the tooth width of the plum coupling shall not be less than 70%; the axial movement shall not be greater than 5mm.

5. Torx couplings are not allowed to have cracks, if there are cracks, they need to be replaced (it can be knocked with a small hammer, judged by the sound).

6. The keys of the plum blossom coupling should fit tightly and must not be loosened.

7. The tooth thickness of the plum blossom coupling is worn. When the lifting mechanism exceeds 15% of the original tooth thickness, when the operating mechanism exceeds 25%, it should be scrapped. If there is a broken tooth, it should also be scrapped.

8. If the elastic ring of the plum blossom coupling and the sealing ring of the gear coupling are damaged and aging, please pay attention to timely replacement.

Plum coupling has the following characteristics:

An important manifestation of the load-bearing capacity of the plum coupling

(4) Flower-shaped elastic parts generally use polyester polyurethane (hardness code a), or cast nylon (hardness code b), the former has a lower load-bearing capacity than the latter.The semi-coupling and flange connection materials are 45 steel or ZG70-500. In the chemical industry, this phenolic resin is often used to make semi-couplings.

(5) The plum blossom coupling has torsional elasticity, shock absorption, maintenance-free, compact design and low inertia.
